Visa Process

  •    Visa Application: Once admitted, the student should apply for a student visa at the Indian Embassy or Consulate in their home country. They will need to fill out the visa application form which can be obtained in person or online.(Click here).
  •    Documentation: Required documentation typically includes:
    • 1.   Passport with a validity of at least 6 months beyond the intended period of stay in India.
    • 2.   Admission/Acceptance/Visa and Bonafide Letter obtained from the Indian educational institution after paying registration fee.
    • 3.   Proof of registration fee payment receipt, issued by Purple Martin Edu Hub (PMEH), featuring the organization’s logo and signature of the relevant authority.
    • 4.   Passport-sized photographs.
    • 5.   Proof of residence in the home country.
    • 6.   Proof of financial means to cover tuition fees and living expenses (Bank statements, Sponsorship Letter, Scholarship or Grant Letter, Affidavit of Support, Proof of Income, Educational Loans, Property Valuation or any further relevant financial documents).
    • 7.   Medical fitness certificate (e.g. - Yellow Fever Medical Certificate), if required.
    • 8.   Police clearance certificate , if required.
    • 9.   Any other documents as specified by the Indian Embassy or Consulate
  •    Visa Fee: Applicants will need to pay the required visa fee, which can vary depending on the nationality and type of visa.
  •    Processing Time: Processing times for student visas can vary (3-6 Weeks), so it's advisable to apply well in advance of the intended date of travel.
